Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joe Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hammer Fist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fist shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Parker defends it nicely.
Parker is breathing heavily.
Parker shoots in and bounces Fist off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Fist had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Parker defends it easily.
Fist looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Parker is defending well. Fist quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Parker has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Fist celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
