Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Crash Archangel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Andrews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrews comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Inflikted kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Crash Archangel could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to BJ Andrews's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, BJ Andrews!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Ren Mimura and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Archangel throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Andrews stalks Archangel and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Archangel's face. Archangel staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Crash Archangel has been cut.
Archangel looks to throw the jab but Andrews is out of range.
Andrews shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Archangel pinned against the cage. Archangel gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Archangel jabs Andrews right on the nose. Andrews blinks but takes it well.
BJ Andrews seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Andrews is looking to clinch but Archangel is avoiding it.
Archangel dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Andrews misses with a double jab.
Archangel lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Andrews tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Archangel manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Horrible takedown by Andrews or perhaps it was just good defense by Archangel which made him look bad.
Crash Archangel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of BJ Andrews.

Andrews shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Andrews was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Andrews is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Archangel to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Archangel shrugs it off.

Archangel tries to lock up and control but Andrews gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Andrews throws some wild stikes that Archangel manages to avoid easily.

Andrews pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Archangel is wriggling around trying to escape.
Andrews has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Archangel is working hard here to advance position.
Archangel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Andrews on the ground.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Andrews is working for a submission of some sort.
Andrews throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Andrews is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Archangel!
Archangel avoids a strike by Andrews and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Andrews's guard! Fantastic escape!
Andrews wants to sweep here but Archangel controlling him for the moment.

Andrews utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Archangel chips away with some ground and pound.
Archangel throws a big elbow that misses.

Andrews looking for a triangle here. Archangel is fighting it but it looks tight! Andrews pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Archangel is tapping out - this one is all over!
