Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between ZyD XyD X (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Tretow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tretow's choice of entrance music: Days of Thunder. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
XyD X misses with a low kick.
Tretow with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
XyD X fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tretow manages to avoid it.
XyD X attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Tretow shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tretow showed some decent athleticism there.
Tretow content to control rather than advance.
Tretow's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Tretow tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Some bone on bone action there as XyD X checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
XyD X wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
XyD X moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

ZyD XyD X is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from XyD X lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tretow has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tretow and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

XyD X can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Tretow controls the pace.

Tretow takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tretow checks a leg kick.

Dennis Tretow is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Tretow closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming XyD X to the mat! XyD X manages to get full guard.
Tretow is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Tretow is pushing down on XyD X's leg trying to pass to half guard. XyD X is fighting to maintain full guard but Tretow has managed to sneak the leg through.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Tretow is taking a breather. XyD X says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Let's hope that Tretow has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Dennis Tretow comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Tretow has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
