The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Maynard drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
OFallon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
OFallon working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Maynard.
Maynard is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Maynard trying to move into half guard but instead OFallon has managed to sweep!

OFallon gets to his feet - Maynard follows without any prompting.
OFallon rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Maynard moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Maynard tries to close the distance and clinch but OFallon swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nice shot lands for OFallon.
OFallon's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and OFallon duly obliges.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Maynard shoots in looking for a takedown. OFallon tries to sprawl out of it but Maynard keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. OFallon manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
OFallon keeps the fight on the outside.

OFallon fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Maynard showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from OFallon.
OFallon changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
OFallon comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
OFallon looks to land a combination but Maynard avoids it well.
Maynard tries to clinch up but OFallon circles away and keeps his distance.
Maynard walks into a stiff left hand from OFallon.
OFallon throws a series of strikes that have Maynard backpedaling.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Maynard tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but OFallon paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A combination from OFallon does no damage.
OFallon smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Maynard fails in his attempt to clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Maynard looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
OFallon misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

OFallon lands with a good body shot.
OFallon throws a series of punches but Maynard moves out of range.
Jimmie OFallon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

OFallon darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Oh Maynard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
OFallon lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Maynard can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from OFallon and Maynard drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by OFallon.
