The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masatupo looks for a takedown but Penn sprawls well.
Penn lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Masatupo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Penn's waist but Penn gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Masatupo off to one side.
Penn gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Masatupo to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Masatupo dives in and grabs Penn's left leg, looking for a takedown. Penn pushes down on Masatupo's head and hops out.
Horrible takedown by Masatupo or perhaps it was just good defense by Penn which made him look bad.

Haiki Masatupo tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
