Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Auu Rite (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Locke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Locke has chosen Star Wars - Imperial March as his entrance music. Auu Rite has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rite fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Locke has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Rite throws a front kick aimed at Locke's knee but Locke avoids it well.
Rite throws the kick towards the body but Locke avoids it.
Good work by Locke as he checks the leg kick.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Locke might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Rite has got the better of the exchanges.

Rite sends Locke crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Rite is motioning to the referee to let Locke up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Locke's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Rite drops Locke with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Locke looks back up at him and smiles so Rite waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

A head kick by Rite - that's a beauty! Locke is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Rite can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
