Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carpet Chair (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Romo Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Mad Cobra - Put Gunshot. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Silva fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Chair sprawls well initially but Silva persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Chair is trying to maintain the position but Silva is very close to passing his half guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That's time! Chair's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Chair wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Silva closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Chair has his feet on Silva's thighs here. He's pushed Silva off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Silva screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

After the fight, Carpet Chair was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
