Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kale Perez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benson Herrington (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Benson Herrington told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kale Perez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Benson Herrington!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herrington works over Perez's head and body with a nice combination.
Herrington tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Perez counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Herrington's guard now.
Perez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Herrington tries to close the distance and clinch up but Perez swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Perez changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Herrington looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Perez has his feet on Herrington's thighs here. He's pushed Herrington off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Herrington screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
