The crowd seem to be enjoying Bill's choice of entrance music: It rubs the lotion on its skin. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rey tries to score with a low kick but Bill moves his leg out of the way.
Bill scores with a decent looking hook.
It looks like Zachery Rey has been cut.
Bill feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Rey's calf.

Bill avoids a punch combination nicely.
Rey looks to land a right hand but Bill moved out of range.

Rey tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bill manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Bill tries to score a power double leg takedown but Rey sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Bill somewhat.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Rey enables Bill to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rey manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bill will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Bill shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Rey but Rey pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Rey lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Rey paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Buffalo Bill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

That was a close round but I would say that Zachery Rey will probably get the nod.

Rey cracks Bill with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Bill tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Rey pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Bill is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
