Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aleksander Shevchenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James McCoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCoy has chosen Frick Park Market as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Aleksander Shevchenko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, James McCoy!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Paul Tew and James Atkins.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCoy slips a jab and a cross from Shevchenko.
McCoy looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Shevchenko is fending him off so far but McCoy persists. Nope, Shevchenko circles away and we're back to standing.
McCoy tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Shevchenko manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
McCoy shoots in but Shevchenko avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Sloppy strikes from Shevchenko. Those never looked like landing.
Shevchenko jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Shevchenko looks to land a combination but McCoy avoids it well.
Left hook, right uppercut from Shevchenko.
Shevchenko goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
McCoy looks gassed!

That's one minute gone in the round.
McCoy shoots for a takedown but Shevchenko saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Aleksander Shevchenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James McCoy.
Shevchenko shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. McCoy eats them both and turns towards Shevchenko to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

McCoy is rocked!
Shevchenko throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends McCoy stumbling backwards into the cage! McCoy bounces back off the cage towards Shevchenko, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Shevchenko lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Shevchenko celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
