Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mahti Sonni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Tunjic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sonni comes to the cage accompanied by Aki & Turo - Mahtisonni - . Tunjic is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: More then a Feeling. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sonni connects with a body shot.
Tunjic misses with a looping right.
The crowd cheers as Sonni lands an impressive looking overhand right. Tunjic doesn't seem phased though.
Sonni fails with a takedown attempt.
Tunjic throws a jab when Sonni was well out of range.
Sonni tries to clinch but Tunjic moves out of range.
Tunjic throws a lazy right hand but Sonni sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Tunjic keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Sonni tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Tunjic tries to work over Sonni's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Tunjic has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Sonni after a bit of a struggle.

Tunjic closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Sonni quickly recovers to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Sonni is staying active underneath Tunjic, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Tunjic throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tunjic connects with a nice short shot to Sonni's temple.
Sonni moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Tunjic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sonni swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Tunjic is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Sonni is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Tunjic is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Sonni stands and throws Tunjic's legs to the side, diving into side control.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sonni cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Sonni swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Tunjic is now in Sonni's guard. A big mistake from Sonni there, giving up the dominant position!
Sonni is trying to control the position from the bottom.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Ivan Tunjic will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Sonni.

Sonni has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Tunjic is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Sonni yanks on the arm and Tunjic is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Sonni.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:28 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Mahti Sonni!
Mahti Sonni decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
