Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Landon Kaplan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Agapito Hampaslupa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kaplan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Of Wolf And Man by Metallica. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kaplan lands a head shot.
Kaplan throws a big shot that misses.
Kaplan lands with a hook. Hampaslupa tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Hampaslupa rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kaplan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Kaplan thuds a left hand into Hampaslupa's body.
Good work by Hampaslupa as he checks the leg kick.
Kaplan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hampaslupa lands a head kick!

It looks like Landon Kaplan has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hampaslupa throws a sloppy head kick and Kaplan moves out of range easily.

Kaplan bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Kaplan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hampaslupa moves away.

Hampaslupa looks to land a combination but Kaplan avoids it well.
Kaplan connects with a body shot.
Kaplan comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Agapito Hampaslupa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hampaslupa looks gassed!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hampaslupa misses with an uppercut.
Hampaslupa drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Hampaslupa's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kaplan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Hampaslupa scrambles back to his feet.
A head kick misses from Hampaslupa.
Kaplan connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hampaslupa. Hampaslupa circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Hampaslupa misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Kaplan throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Hampaslupa tumbling to the canvas!

Hampaslupa is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Kaplan arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Hampaslupa's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
