The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dove dives in and grabs Christmas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Christmas pushes down on Dove's head and hops out.
Dove shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Christmas lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Lee Christmas has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gary Dove.
Dove lands a jab to the head.
Dove shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Christmas sprawls well. Christmas wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dove gets slowly back to his feet.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Dove seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Christmas shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Dove is backing up but Christmas catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Dove covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Christmas Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lee Christmas!
