Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mateusz Dinozaur (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Francis Drake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Francis Drake is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drake tries to clinch but Dinozaur moves out of range.

Drake fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dinozaur, pushing him back against the cage.
Dinozaur wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Drake tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Drake is trying to push Dinozaur away but Dinozaur has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Drake's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Dinozaur had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Drake defends it easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That was a close round but I would say that Mateusz Dinozaur will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Drake shoots for a double leg takedown but Dinozaur sprawls well. He's pushed Drake's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Drake lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Dinozaur down.

Dinozaur shoots in looking for a takedown. Drake tries to sprawl out of it but Dinozaur keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Drake manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
