Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drake connects with a body shot that sends Burns's belly button to the back.

Burns gets tackled into the cage by Drake. Drake maintains the clinch.
Drake lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Burns is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Drake breaks from the clinch.
Drake throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Drake scores a takedown into full mount!
Burns tries to lock up and control but Drake gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Burns is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Burns is working to get back to half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Drake avoids the attempt from Burns to control.

Burns is positioning himself well to prevent Drake advancing to mount.
Drake thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Burns's head.
Drake throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Burns has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Drake. Oh but Burns has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Drake goes limp - he's gone! Burns jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
