Soininvaara comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Allstar by Smashmouth kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soininvaara misses with a jab, cross combination.
Yon throws a head kick but Soininvaara moves out of range.
Soininvaara slips a jab from Yon.
Yon uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Soininvaara.
Yon misses with a body shot.
Soininvaara slips under a jab.
Soininvaara takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Soininvaara looks to land a right hand but Yon moved out of range.
Yon shoots for a double leg takedown but Soininvaara sprawls well. He's pushed Yon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Yon closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Yon slips under a jab from Soininvaara.
Yon stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Soininvaara.
A looping hook to the body misses from Yon. Soininvaara does a little dance to reset his feet.
Soininvaara slips a straight right by Yon.
Good exchange - Soininvaara coming out on top.

Osmo Soininvaara is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Yon is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Soininvaara.

and Soininvaara cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Yon thuds his right hand into Soininvaara's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Yon throws an overhand right that lands on Soininvaara's shoulder, as Soininvaara tries to avoid the shot.
Yon misses with a looping right.
Yon takes a swing at Soininvaara's ribcage but misses.
Yon misses the jab.
A good leg kick by Soininvaara.
Soininvaara lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Soininvaara connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Soininvaara pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Yon back to the cage. Soininvaara follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Soininvaara cracks Yon with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Yon falls to his knees and Soininvaara doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
