The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Butler scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Butler working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Jones's thigh. Jones counters though and makes it back to full guard.

Jones pushes Butler off and scrambles back to his feet.
Jones cracks a nice hook into Butler's ribs.

Jones throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Butler moves away.
Jones throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Butler stumbling backwards into the cage! Butler bounces back off the cage towards Jones, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Jones lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Jones celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
