The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McHaggis throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
McHaggis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Silva as he avoids it easily.
Silva pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Silva is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Silva thumps McHaggis with a low kick.
McHaggis fails in his attempt to clinch.
McHaggis shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Silva defends it nicely.
Silva slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Silva throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck McHaggis on the side of the head.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Spicy McHaggis.
