The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paneda wants to clinch.

Paneda drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Pump bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Paneda's guard.
Paneda keeping moving, preventing Pump from controlling successfully.
Paneda on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Paneda tries to get out of the position.
Paneda is trying to hold Pump in close to prevent damage but Pump has managed to pass into half guard.
Paneda tries to get to full guard but Pump has control of the leg.
Pump frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Paneda tries to reverse the position but Pump maintains control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pump tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

BOOM! Pump connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Paneda is trying desperately to improve position.
Pump scoring with strikes but Paneda is staying in there.
Pump manages to capitalize on a mistake by Paneda to take his back!
Paneda might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Pump working for a choke but Paneda is defending well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Pump has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Paneda! Can he survive? No! He's out! Pump gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
