And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, George Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Maddo. That one must have hurt.
Maddo cracks a nice hook into Gracie's ribs.
Gracie looks gassed!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nice body punch from Maddo.
Maddo tries a head kick but it misses.
Gracie takes one to the chin there.
Maddo throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Maddo throws a sloppy head kick and Gracie moves out of range easily.
Whack! Maddo lands a heavy head kick that drops Gracie. The ref tackles Maddo to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Gracie was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Waiyu Maddo!
After winning the bout, Waiyu Maddo thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
