The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davey stuffs the takedown attempt from Hawk. Hawk gets slowly back to his feet.

Davey closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Davey lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Davey breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Davey misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Davey drives through and clinches with Hawk against the cage.
Hawk is trying to pull guard but Davey turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Davey drags the fight down to the ground.
Davey wants to stand up but Hawk is controlling him.
Davey looking for a sweep. Not yet Davey, not yet.
Davey is trying to control the position but Hawk postures up.
Davey is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Hawk is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Davey is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Davey has escaped and now he's on top!

Davey has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Hawk to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Davey is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Hawk pulls down on the head and he's put Davey to sleep! This one is all over!
