The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoi checks a leg kick.
Da Man throws a body punch but Hoi moves out of range.
A slapping body kick lands there for Hoi.
Da Man pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Da Man looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Hoi lands a nice hook to Da Man's body. Da Man takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Hoi connects with a good right hand that stumbles Da Man. Da Man circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

It looks like Paco Da Man has been cut.
Hoi jabs Da Man to the body, keeping him at a distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hoi lands a slapping body shot.
Hoi looks to score with a jab to the body but Da Man is just out of range.
Da Man takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
A looping hook to the body misses from Hoi. Da Man does a little dance to reset his feet.
Da Man jabs Hoi to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Da Man fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Hoi is out of range.
Da Man misses with a jab, cross combination.
Da Man uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hoi.

Hoi lands a leg kick that knocks Da Man off balance momentarily.
Da Man scores with a head kick. Hoi tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Paco Da Man is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Da Man showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hoi.
Da Man scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Da Man closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Hoi pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Da Man is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hoi.
Hoi fails with a takedown attempt.
Da Man looks to land a left hand but Hoi moved out of range nicely.
Hoi lands with a right hand.
Hoi misses the shot to the body.
Hoi scoring well with a low kick there.
Da Man walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Da Man has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Hoi finds it's way round the side to connect with Da Man's head.

Hoi closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Da Man won't allow Hoi to pass to mount.
Da Man makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Da Man.
Hoi controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Da Man not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Hoi thuds his right hand into Da Man's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Aloha Hoi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hoi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Hoi connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Da Man momentarily.

Da Man is rocked!
Aloha Hoi is winning the standup battle so far.
Hoi drops Da Man with a huge uppercut! Da Man drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Hoi is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
