Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between George Oven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Begbie Franco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franco has chosen Born Slippy as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oven throws a jab but it's blocked by Franco.
Franco plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Oven fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Franco manages to avoid it.
Oven moves out of range of the body kick from Franco.
Franco thuds his right hand into Oven's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Franco throws the kick towards the body but Oven avoids it.
Franco avoids a punch combination nicely.

Franco fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Oven takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Oven throws a lazy right hand but Franco sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Oven takes a swing at Franco's ribcage but misses.
A nice inside leg kick there by Franco. That's going to slow Oven down.

George Oven seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Franco leaves Oven with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Oven takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Oven takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Oven shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Franco lands with a thumping leg kick.
Good leg kick by Franco there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Oven stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Franco.
Franco scores with a kick to the body.
Oven is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Oven drops his hands momentarily and Franco needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Oven just on the top of the head. Oven drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Oven - he's done!
