Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Peter Tic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Man Chun Lok!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tic drives through with a takedown into Lok's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Tic throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lok works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Tic stands and steps away. Lok gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Tic closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Lok quickly recovers to half guard.
Tic working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Tic sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Lok defending well though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lok looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tic is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Tic is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lok is just riding it out for now. Tic eventually gives up the hold.

Tic is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Lok has managed to free his arm - good work.
Lok really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tic. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lok is trying to stand up here but Tic is controlling him well.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lok avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Tic.
Lok on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tic connects with a nice short shot to Lok's temple.
Tic scoring with strikes to the body and head.


It looks like Man Chun Lok has been cut.

Tic is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Tic takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tic is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Lok wants to get back to his feet.
Lok looks gassed!
Ground and pound from Tic.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tic scoring with strikes to the body and head.


Lok is rocked!
Tic scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Lok is still in real trouble! Can Tic finish him?
Tic unloads with some huge strikes here! Lok is out! Tic wins by brutal knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Peter Tic!
After winning the bout, Peter Tic thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
