PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aldo Linog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jose Rizal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jose Rizal told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Linog shoots in and drives through. Rizal sprawls well.
Rizal scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Both fighters circling a little - Rizal finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Linog on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Rizal connects with a looping right hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rizal slaps away a takedown attempt from Linog, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Rizal thows a body kick. Linog tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Linog is breathing heavily.
Linog takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Rizal lands a big head kick that sends Linog tumbling to the mat! Rizal takes a step backwards and waves Linog back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Linog is rocked!

Oh Linog is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rizal lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Linog falls backwards - clearly groggy! Rizal dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
