The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cyrus slaps away a takedown attempt from Jones, before circling back to the center of the mat.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Jones tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Cyrus is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Jones knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Cyrus is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Jones is just riding it out for now. Cyrus eventually gives up the hold.

Cyrus drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Cyrus as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Jones screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Cyrus! Nice submission victory there!
