Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beau Jangles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafael BayawaK (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jangles comes to the cage accompanied by Mr. Bojangles. BayawaK comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Dayang-dayang kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jangles misses with a low kick.

BayawaK changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jangles looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Jangles is looking to reverse the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
BayawaK wants to lay and pray for a moment but Jangles keeps working.
Jangles on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Jangles tries to get out of the position.

BayawaK looks for a takedown but Jangles sprawls well.

BayawaK shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jangles's guard.

Jangles is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Jangles wants to get back to his feet.
Jangles trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Beau Jangles has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Jangles throws a low kick but it's checked well by BayawaK.
Jangles looks for the body kick but BayawaK saw that one coming.

Beau Jangles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rafael BayawaK.

BayawaK has hold of one of Jangles's legs. Jangles is fighting the takedown attempt but BayawaK gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
BayawaK wants to control from the top but Jangles keeps moving.
BayawaK slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Jangles tries to land a sweep but no joy.

BayawaK is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Jangles is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Jangles has escaped and now he's on top!
Jangles will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Jangles wants to get up but he can't break BayawaK's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Jangles decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Good work by BayawaK as he checks the leg kick.
Jangles circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jangles keeps BayawaK at a distance using the push kick.
Jangles leaves BayawaK with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
BayawaK avoids the head kick by Jangles.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jangles throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Jangles pushes down on BayawaK's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Jangles is just content to waste time from the top position. BayawaK takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Jangles stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. BayawaK swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jangles slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Jangles wants to stand but BayawaK has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Jangles stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. BayawaK swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Jangles tries to stand but BayawaK is controlling from the bottom.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Beau Jangles.
I think Jangles has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
