The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muller wants to clinch.
Muller displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Send.
Muller looks for a takedown but Send sprawls well.
Send swats away the attempt to clinch by Muller.
Send fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Muller drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Send is trying to improve his position.

Muller works to advance to full mount. Send defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Send is squirming around, avoiding Muller's attempts to control the action.

Muller tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Muller has taken the fight to the clinch.
Muller wants to get back to striking at distance but Send won't allow it.
Send escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Muller shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Send sprawls well. Send wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Muller gets slowly back to his feet.
Muller throws a sloppy head kick and Send moves out of range easily.

Muller has a takedown stuffed.
Patrik Send has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Godofredo Muller.
Muller shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Send counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Muller slaps away a takedown attempt from Send, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Send displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Muller.
Muller looks gassed!
Muller tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Send is able to avoid easily.
The fight moves into the clinch position.

Muller tries to clinch up but Send circles away and keeps his distance.

Muller misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Send tries a knee to the head but Muller blocks it.

Send will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Send keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Send shoots and misses
and Muller counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Send's guard now.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Send wants to sweep but no luck.
Send working for a triangle but Muller defends it easily.
Muller slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Muller is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Send knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Send is trying to control Muller's posture but Muller avoids it.
Send takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Muller lands some shots froms side control.

Send is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Muller off and has taken his back!
Send is persistently looking for the submission but Muller is defending it well.
Muller manages to reverse the position and now he's in Send's guard. Nice work there by Muller.
Muller is working Send over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Send looking to hit a scissor sweep but Muller is one step ahead there.
Muller has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Muller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Muller wants it to stay on the feet.

Muller throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Send tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Muller is in Send's guard.

Send shoots in looking for a takedown. Muller tries to sprawl out of it but Send keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Muller manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Muller shoots in but no luck this time.
The fight stays on the outside here - Muller looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Muller takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Send closes the distance and pushes Muller back into the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Muller using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Send has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Send manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Muller pushes down on Send's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Muller works his foot free and advances to mount.

Send tries to hold on but Muller pushes him away.

Patrik Send has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Godofredo Muller is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Patrik Send.
I think Muller has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
