The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch lands to the side of Jagatic 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Jagatic takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Mario Maci Jagatic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jagatic tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Jagatic.
MPumbu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and MPumbu counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by MPumbu.

Jagatic has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but MPumbu can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Jagatic has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
MPumbu wants to get up but he can't break Jagatic's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
