Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Micki Angelo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mamed Khalidov Senior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mamed Khalidov Senior!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Wagner Zegers and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angelo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Khalidov Senior as he avoids it easily.
Angelo fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Khalidov Senior avoids it really well and circles away.
Khalidov Senior misses with a series of wild punches.
Khalidov Senior rushes Angelo and presses him up against the cage.
Angelo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Micki Angelo. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Khalidov Senior manages to break the clinch.
Khalidov Senior tries to score a power double leg takedown but Angelo sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Khalidov Senior somewhat.

Angelo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Khalidov Senior looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Angelo wants to control but Khalidov Senior is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Angelo is trying to get an arm triangle but Khalidov Senior is defending well.

Angelo is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Khalidov Senior has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Angelo is working the ground and pound. Can Khalidov Senior escape?
Angelo has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Khalidov Senior trying to control the position but Angelo manages to sink in the hooks.

Angelo is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Khalidov Senior's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Khalidov Senior's back!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Angelo working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Khalidov Senior is doing well to defend. Angelo seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Khalidov Senior is forced to tap and this one is over!
