Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Everaldo Evans!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans throws a head kick that Johnson semi-blocks.
A head kick misses from Evans.
Evans buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Johnson circles away from the clinch attempt.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Evans.
Johnson forces Evans back against the ropes and clinches.
Johnson prevents Evans from breaking the clinch.
Evans has had enough of the clinch but Johnson keeps him there for the moment.
Evans drops down looking for an ankle pick but Johnson pulls his leg out and moves away.
Johnson gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Evans counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Evans plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Johnson gets a clinch.
Evans escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Johnson misses with a series of wild punches.
Evans throws a head kick that half lands.
Evans shoots in and drives through. Johnson sprawls well.
Everaldo Evans seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Evans misses with a takedown attempt - Johnson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Nate Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Everaldo Evans.

Johnson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Evans pinned against the cage. Evans gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

and Evans counters with a nice low kick that buckles Johnson's knee momentarily.
Evans tries to clinch but Johnson moves out of range.

Evans moves out of range of the leg kick from Johnson.
Evans circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Johnson. Evans falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Johnson!
