Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marvin Fon Gadov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Thomas Coulter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Thomas Coulter was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coulter closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Fon Gadov takes an elbow to the temple.
Coulter's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Fon Gadov takes one to the chin there.
Fon Gadov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Coulter counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Nice sprawl there from Coulter as Fon Gadov shoots in.
Coulter drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Coulter rushes Fon Gadov and presses him up against the cage.

Coulter jumps guard and drags Fon Gadov to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Coulter is pulling down on Fon Gadov's head. It's preventing any offense from Fon Gadov, at least for the moment.
Coulter has his foot on Fon Gadov's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Fon Gadov works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Thomas Coulter hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Coulter looks to land a combination. Fon Gadov sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Fon Gadov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Coulter sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fon Gadov somewhat.

Well Coulter has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
