And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ankur Khan!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, David Schapiro and John Kavanagh.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keogh takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Khan misses with a head kick.

Keogh closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Khan quickly recovers to half guard.

Keogh is pushing down on Khan's leg trying to pass to half guard. Khan is fighting to maintain full guard but Keogh has managed to sneak the leg through.

Khan utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Keogh stays in close to Khan's body and controls the position.
Keogh postures up in Khan's guard and throws a big left but Khan blocks it.
Keogh keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Khan's head.

Khan has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Keogh should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Khan has tightened it up now! Keogh should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Ankur Khan!
Ankur Khan really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that [WOT] DTK Designs (Laundry) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
