The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Denn throws a big shot that misses.
Denn dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Denn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Friedman circles away quickly and effectively.
Nice body punch from Friedman.
Denn misses with a jab, cross combination.
Denn walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Denn dodges the punch combination from Friedman.
Denn finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Friedman moves out of range as Denn strikes.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Denn swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Friedman lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Denn circles away quickly and effectively.
Friedman lands with a nice combination. Denn backs away looking to recover.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Friedman lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Denn falls backwards - clearly groggy! Friedman dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
