The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dias scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Dias throwing shots but missing, from side control.
Anstice is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Dias wants to lay and pray for a moment but Anstice keeps working.
Dias fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Anstice knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Dias on the ground.
Dias wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Anstice, who protects the arm well.
Anstice is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Dias throws a nice looking combination but Anstice bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Anstice connects with a high kick.
It looks like Paul Dias has been cut.
Dias tries for a takedown but Anstice sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Dias looks gassed!

Anstice scores with a head kick.
Anstice lands a really nice looking cross but Dias seems unphased.
Anstice connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Dias ! He's out on his feet! Anstice rushes in and drops Dias with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
