The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lilburne cracks Hanma with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Lilburne swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
John Lilburne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lilburne jabs at Hanma's body.
Lilburne throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hanma.
Hanma shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lilburne pinned against the cage. Lilburne gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
The fighters circle momentarily. Lilburne darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Lilburne tries to clinch up.
Good exchange - Hanma coming out on top.

Lilburne thows a body shot but no joy.
Lilburne connects with a single shot there.
Lilburne connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Hanma uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lilburne.

Lilburne throws the left hand but Hanma avoids the punch easily.
A punch lands to the side of Hanma 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Hanma takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Hanma scores with a takedown into Lilburne's guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hanma trying to control the position from guard on top but Lilburne is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Lilburne trying to keep a closed guard but Hanma is proving a slippery customer.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
