The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Ivan Kurochkin and Fedor Mirinova.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Engineer moves into range and connects with a jab.

It looks like Ruslan Kalinin has been cut.
Kalinin has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kalinin there as he acknowledges the shot.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Engineer misses with the combination.

Engineer drops Kalinin with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kalinin looks back up at him and smiles so Engineer waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Kalinin is rocked!
Kalinin drops his hands momentarily. Engineer doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Kalinin staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Kalinin doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Polish Engineer!
