Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Takeru Kyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Otto Maddox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kyle comes to the cage accompanied by I Like to Move It. Maddox is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Institutionalized - Suicidal Tendencies. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kyle avoids the body shot from Maddox.

Maddox lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Kyle tries to work over Maddox's front leg with a kick but Maddox checks it.
Kyle shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Maddox pinned against the cage. Maddox gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

The crowd cheers as Kyle lands an impressive looking overhand right. Maddox doesn't seem phased though.

Maddox's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kyle under the eye.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Maddox clobbers Kyle with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Kyle tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Maddox manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Otto Maddox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oh, that's a big right hand from Kyle and Maddox goes tumbling to the canvas! Kyle follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.

Kyle cracks Maddox with an uppercut from hell and Maddox crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Kyle's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

Kyle is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Maddox can do to turn this around?

Kyle unloads with some huge strikes here! Maddox is out! Kyle wins by brutal knockout!

Takeru Kyle was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
