PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Henry Charles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Guster Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Charles comes into the arena with Don't Fake the Funk by Prince Charles blaring out of the sound system. Spencer is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: A Country Boy Can Survive. Guster Spencer told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Charles rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Spencer moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Spencer is trying hard to land a takedown here. Charles sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Charles scores with a hook to the body. Spencer takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Spencer shoots in looking for a takedown but Charles manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Spencer's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
