The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kleinschmidt looks to score with a jab to the body but Mack is just out of range.

Mack throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Kleinschmidt stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kleinschmidt lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Mack has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Mack and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Elroy Kleinschmidt opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
