Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Crash Bandicoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Johnsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bandicoot's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Crash Bandicoot: Jungle Rollers Remix. Crash Bandicoot has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Crash Bandicoot!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jim Johnsson!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnsson circles away from the clinch attempt
and Johnsson connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Bandicoot shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Johnsson napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Johnsson is not content to let Bandicoot control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Johnsson is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Bandicoot's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Johnsson wants to improve his position but Bandicoot is controlling well.
Bandicoot thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Johnsson's head.

Bandicoot is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Johnsson has managed to free his arm - good work.
Johnsson is trying to get back to full guard.
Johnsson makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Johnsson.

Bandicoot with a flurry of punches that miss.
Johnsson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bandicoot!

Johnsson is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Bandicoot has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Bandicoot tries to control Johnsson's body but Johnsson pushes him off. Bandicoot squirms to his side and now Johnsson has his back!
Bandicoot is trying to stand back up.

Johnsson has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Bandicoot has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Johnsson gets his hands free as Bandicoot looks to control.

Bandicoot breaks Johnsson's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Johnsson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bandicoot defends well.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bandicoot has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Johnsson is proving hard to escape from.

Bandicoot is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Johnsson can't keep his opponent in guard - Bandicoot advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Bandicoot wants to control from the top but Johnsson keeps moving.

Bandicoot drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Bandicoot jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Bandicoot got a little sloppy there for a moment and Johnsson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bandicoot has managed to get both his arms back between Johnsson's legs - danger averted.

Johnsson has his foot on Bandicoot's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bandicoot works his way back into a safe position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bandicoot is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Johnsson pulls his head out easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bandicoot is staying active underneath Johnsson, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Bandicoot escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Johnsson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jim Johnsson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Johnsson winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Jim Johnsson opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
