Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Adam Hopkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Valko Strange (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Valko Strange will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Adam Hopkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Valko Strange!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopkins jabs Strange to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Hopkins misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Strange.
Hopkins lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Strange at a distance.
Hopkins wants to clinch.
Strange takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Hopkins lands a head kick!
Strange circles away from the clinch attempt

and Strange counters with a single leg into guard. Hopkins didn't expect that.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Strange accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hopkins avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Strange looking to sit in guard and control but Hopkins gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Hopkins might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hopkins trying to control the position from guard on top but Strange is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hopkins throws an elbow that misses. Strange uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Hopkins's guard. Nice move by Strange!
Strange throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hopkins works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Strange stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hopkins swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Strange works over Hopkins with some ground and pound from guard.

Hopkins working for a triangle but Strange defends it easily.
Hopkins looking to hit a scissor sweep but Strange is one step ahead there.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Strange with a flurry of punches that miss.
Strange controls from within his opponent's guard.

Strange has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Hopkins to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Strange is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Hopkins pulls down on the head and he's put Strange to sleep! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Adam Hopkins!
Adam Hopkins decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
