Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Louis Simmons (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Power's entrance music is blue moon. A fine choice. Louis Simmons is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Louis Simmons!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Steven Brown and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simmons looks to land a combination. Power sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Power fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Simmons, pushing him back against the cage.
Power landing knees to the body.
Power changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Simmons fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Power will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Simmons with a jab.
Simmons lunges at Power with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Power's hand.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Power could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Power escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Power moves into the clinch.
Power breaks from the clinch.
Power fails to land the takedown.
Nice takedown defense from Simmons. No joy for Power on that attempt.

Simmons lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Power backs up against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Simmons moves out of range of the body kick from Power.

Simmons stalks Power and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Power's face. Power staggers backwards, shaken.

Power has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Power there as he acknowledges the shot.

Simmons scores with a sloppy right hand. Power should have avoided that one.
Power takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Power is breathing heavily.
Simmons throws a series of strikes that have Power backpedaling.
Power closes this distance looking for a takedown but Simmons circles away.
Power throws and low kick but Simmons moves out of range easily.
Simmons drops Power with a left right combo! Simmons follows him down to the ground into side control.
Power is rocked!
It looks like Max Power has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Simmons in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Oh Power is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Power parries the strikes from Simmons easily there. Simmons is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Power to escape.
Power seems to have got his legs back now.
Power sneaks out the side door and pushes Simmons away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Simmons scores with a punch to the head.
Power gets the takedown into side control.
Simmons is not content to let Power control the position.
Power cracks Simmons with a big right hand but Simmons just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Power decides to stand up, so the ref orders Simmons to his feet.
Power tries to clinch up.
Power takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Power walks into a jab.
Simmons is working the combinations to good effect here.
Power shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Simmons pinned against the cage. Simmons gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Power takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Simmons connects with a good right hand that stumbles Power. Power circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Power shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Simmons as he avoids it easily.
Simmons scores with a one two! Power had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Power has managed to clinch.
Simmons is looking to break free of the clinch but Power has double underhooks.
Power scores with a knee to the head.
It looks like Louis Simmons has been cut.
Power ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Power no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Power keeping moving, preventing Simmons from controlling successfully.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Simmons is rocked!
Power thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Simmons is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Power has just dragged him back down to the mat.

Power wants to lay and pray for a moment but Simmons keeps working.

Simmons wants to get back to his feet.
The ground and pound from Power seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
You can see the frustration on Simmons's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Power lands a nice leg kick that just misses Simmons's sensitive parts.
Power shoots in but Simmons avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Louis Simmons seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Power shoots in for a double leg but Simmons sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Power looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

and Power moves into the clinch.

Power keeps control of Simmons as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

A big head kick from Power and Simmons is sent sprawling to the canvas!
Simmons is still in real trouble! Can Power finish him?
That has opened up Louis Simmons's cut even more.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Simmons can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Power controls the pace.
Power gets to his feet and stands over Simmons, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Simmons felt that one! Power unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Simmons from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Max Power!
