Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johan Perciwall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akira Llama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Johan Perciwall!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Akira Llama!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perciwall staying out of range there.
Llama misses with a hook. Perciwall ducked under it nicely.
Llama connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Perciwall momentarily.
Llama lands the left hand.
Llama shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Perciwall pinned against the cage. Perciwall gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Llama thows a left - swing and a miss!
Perciwall walks into a left hand.
Llama misses with a straight left.
Perciwall slips a straight right by Llama.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Llama works the jab nicely.
Llama misses with an uppercut
and Perciwall counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Llama is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Llama misses with a looping left.
A jab from Llama does it's job there.
Llama thuds a left hand into Perciwall's body.
Llama is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Perciwall.
Llama scores with a sloppy right hand. Perciwall should have avoided that one.
Llama moves into range and connects with a jab.
A jab lands there for Llama.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Perciwall takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Perciwall swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Llama connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Llama listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Perciwall takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Llama looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Perciwall is fending him off so far but Llama persists. Nope, Perciwall circles away and we're back to standing.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Llama lands a right hand that snaps the head of Perciwall backwards.
Llama lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Perciwall wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Llama has him pressed against the cage.

Llama manages to break the clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Perciwall throws a right hand that Llama ducks under and follows up with a left that Llama also avoids with ease.
Llama misses with a hook.
Llama pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Perciwall slips a jab from Llama.
Llama connects with a good right hand that stumbles Perciwall. Perciwall circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Akira Llama seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Perciwall tries to clinch up but Llama circles away and keeps his distance.
Perciwall throws a head kick that half lands.
Llama scores with a jab.
Llama misses with a left hand
and Perciwall makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Perciwall moves away from the strike by Llama.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Llama throws a shot from downtown. Perciwall moves away and avoids it.
Llama looks to land a left hand but Perciwall moved out of range nicely.
Perciwall misses with a combination
and Llama connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Llama scores with a jab. Perciwall acknowledges it with a nod of the head.


Perciwall is rocked!
Perciwall gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Llama gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Perciwall is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Akira Llama!
