Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, John Shepard!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Andrew Roberts!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Yuuki Gou.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shepard lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Shepard lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Shepard really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Shepard throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Roberts's head.
Roberts wants to clinch up but Shepard keeps it at a distance.
Shepard scores with a kick to the body.
Roberts takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Shepard connects with a right hand. Roberts shakes it off.

Roberts is rocked!
A decent looking cross lands there for Shepard.
Roberts is still on wobbly legs! Can Shepard finish him?
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Roberts takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Roberts takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Roberts avoids the head kick by Shepard.
Shepard dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Shepard bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Roberts's head.

Oooooh!!! Shepard has knocked Roberts down with a huge combo! Shepard steps away and waves a wobbly Roberts back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shepard scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Shepard lands a jab to the nose.
Shepard lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Roberts has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Shepard finds it's way round the side to connect with Roberts's head.
A nice leg kick lands there from Shepard.
Roberts takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Shepard misses with a head kick.
Shepard lands with an overhand left.
Roberts walks into a stiff left hand from Shepard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Shepard explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Shepard lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Shepard connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Shepard lands a big head kick that sends Roberts tumbling to the mat! Shepard takes a step backwards and waves Roberts back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Roberts walks straight into a right hand from Shepard - that's dropped him! Shepard jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Roberts from any more punishment! Roberts complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
