Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Bolinev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Kennedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jason Kennedy looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alexander Bolinev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Kennedy!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Bruno Hogan and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bolinev fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kennedy to the ground. Bolinev is now in Kennedy's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Kennedy utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Bolinev seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Bolinev shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kennedy manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Bolinev feints and as Kennedy raises his hands in defense, Bolinev changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Kennedy has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kennedy there as he acknowledges the shot.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bolinev drops Kennedy with a straight right hand, right on the button! Bolinev follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
