Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Frank Warren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danilo Bergasmarchi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Warren comes to the cage accompanied by London Calling - The Clash. Bergasmarchi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Faith no More - Ashes to Ashes kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bergasmarchi is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Warren.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
The fighters circling - Warren throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Warren lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Warren wants to clinch up but Bergasmarchi keeps it at a distance.
Warren slips a straight right by Bergasmarchi.
Nice takedown defense from Warren. No joy for Bergasmarchi on that attempt.
Frank Warren seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Warren throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bergasmarchi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Bergasmarchi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Warren pinned against the cage. Warren gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Warren tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bergasmarchi swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Warren swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The fighters circle momentarily. Bergasmarchi darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Bergasmarchi uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Warren.
Warren misses with an uppercut
and Bergasmarchi counters with a left to the body.
Warren fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bergasmarchi manages to avoid it.

Warren throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Warren throws a lazy right hand but Bergasmarchi sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Warren misses with a wild body shot.
Bergasmarchi takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Warren gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Warren will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Bergasmarchi up against the cage.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Warren lands a glancing blow to the side of Bergasmarchi's head.
Bergasmarchi slaps away a takedown attempt from Warren, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bergasmarchi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Warren throws a strike but Bergasmarchi rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Well Warren has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
