The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Atkins and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDaniels fails with an attempt to clinch.
McDaniels misses with a wild combination.
McDaniels swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
McDaniels tries to close the distance and clinch but Suryanto swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McDaniels slaps away a takedown attempt from Suryanto, before circling back to the center of the mat.
McDaniels looking to score a takedown here. Suryanto is defending well but McDaniels drives through and ends up in Suryanto's guard.
McDaniels wants to stand but Suryanto is controlling his posture from full guard.
Suryanto has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. McDaniels doesn't defend quickly enough and Suryanto has managed to lock this one up! Can McDaniels escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Suryanto on a fantastic submission victory.
