Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brady Baird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max Snozynsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 27 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Brady Baird!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Max Snozynsky!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baird swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Snozynsky tries for a takedown but Baird circles away easily
and Baird counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Baird throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Baird tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Snozynsky manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Snozynsky avoids a punch combination nicely.
Snozynsky fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Baird lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Snozynsky circles away quickly and effectively.

Snozynsky closes the distance and clinches up with Baird, looking for a takedown. Snozynsky pushes Baird against the ropes but Baird circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Baird dives in and scores a takedown into Snozynsky's guard.

Snozynsky bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Baird's guard.

Snozynsky might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Baird kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Max Snozynsky.
Baird throws a series of punches but Snozynsky avoids them all with ease.

and Baird counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Baird rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Snozynsky moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Snozynsky closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Baird wants to get back to his feet.
Baird wants to improve his position but Snozynsky is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
