The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nash shoots and misses

and Bin Sheik counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Nash's guard now.

Nash has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Bin Sheik is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Nash.
Bin Sheik wants to lay and pray for a moment but Nash keeps working.
Nash prevents Bin Sheik from improving position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nash is looking for a sweep.
Nash tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Bin Sheik presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Bin Sheik wants to control the pace but Nash is squirming around nicely.

Bin Sheik breaks from Nash's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Bin Sheik takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Nash wants to get back to his feet.
Bin Sheik has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Nash is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Bin Sheik can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Nash is looking to escape.

Nash is desperately trying to improve his position but Bin Sheik has a good base and remains in mount.

Bin Sheik is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Nash is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Nash flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Bin Sheik anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Nash and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Bin Sheik slips an arm under Nash chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Bin Sheik has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Bin Sheik is squeezing on Nash like an anaconda would it's prey. Nash fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
